This is reflected in the test results achieved by pupils over a number of years  …  Careful tracking is used to identify those pupils needing extra support and help is tailored well to their needs. This ensures that all pupils, irrespective of their backgrounds and including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, achieve exceptionally well.
